Bay Area Biscotti is made with only the finest ingredients such as real butter, imported Vanilla and natural flavorings. Because biscotti are baked twice it takes a full 24 hrs. to complete a batch of biscotti. Once you taste my exciting flavors I’m sure you’ll agree that it’s worth the wait. The minimum order for biscotti is 6 pieces.
I make pies from scratch. No frozen pie dough or packaged filling mix for my pies. I believe a great pie is a labor of love. If you want me to make your pie in your own special pie plate; no problem. Just drop off your pie plate a day before you want to pick up your order. You can tell your guests that you made the pie yourself. I will happily make any kind of pie you wish so don’t be afraid to make a special request.
Because my business is small I bake on demand. What this means for you is that your cake is made and baked on the day you pick up your order. I never freeze a cake or cupcakes so everything is as fresh as possible. When you place your cake order I will ask what time you want to pick up your order. Don’t see a flavor that you want? Just ask. I’ll be happy to make any flavor cake you wish. The prices given are the same for a 2-layer 8” or 9” cake or a sheet cake.
All cookies are made fresh on the day of pick-up. I ask that you order a minimum of 1 dozen cookies but more is better. You can request that your cookies be soft and chewy or crispy because they’re made just for you.
Sue’s biscotti is to die for! She has some great flavors and the biscotti has a wonderful crunchy yet soft texture that just melts in your mouth. It goes great with teas and coffee. I would highly suggest Sue for parties or events. She does a wonderful job! – Hannah Hibbs
